It's like Paris, except people are about 400% nicer and I can afford to buy...anything. Also sometimes people speak English. |

Never been in Canada but it has only a few things in common with France. Much more similar to the USA.
But I agree, here too the Canadians have a better reputation than the Parisians. And they have a funny accent.

KK Enough of the Quebecois.
While I agree with you that people in French Canada have better manners. I find that ever since they enacted law 101 the french in the province have over done it with the whole french police thing. I've been to Paris and as far as I've seen the only thing Montreal and Paris have in common is Jacques Cartier. They're two completely different cities.

And no, it's really nothing like Paris. But i honestly like it more. |
