Ex-Enron executive sentenced to 2 years in prison

Kevin Hannon, COO of Enron's Broadband division, has been sentenced to 2 years in prison. The reason for his light sentence was his willingness to testify for the prosecution against Lay and Skilling. Hannon was also fined $125,000.00, and agreed to forfeit 2.2 million and pay one million to settle a civil suit brought against him by the SEC.

Yes because 2 years in prison for destroying the lives of every employee in Enron is enough right?

Most certainly not, but that's besides the fact. The fact is that even though this guy probably hired the best lawyers in the country, he STILL got at least SOME jailtime. That's really all the justice you can ask for in corporate America.
