| Does it exist in your country? We have our yearly coup d'état (the last one happened yesterday: this guy, an anarchist artist, who threw a pie on Bill Gate and on the new French President, entered the Royal Palace with a black & red + banana flag) Nouvelle tentative de Jan Bucquoy - Lalibre.be Then, our political campaigns are MUCH more interresting: ![]() "I promise you 400,000 jobs" Quote:

Gender: ![]() | Re: Does it exist in your country? Nope, sadly. In Sweden we have it only off sport. That we have a girl that will ride naked around the track if she wins swedish trav race. The race their you sit in a sulky/small wagon and are drag by a horse that are not allowed to run, but only trava (another world I only know in swedish). In politcis we only have reporters from the state telivsion shoting water on the primeminister from microphone. And after that everyone is really pissed and the report facing charges from the security police that are both embaraced and pissed off. |

| Re: Does it exist in your country? During the elections at the federal level, the winner is the one who "win" most of the communes (villages/parts of cities). But Brussels is strategic. Since the polls said "party X is going to win", the party Y brought a new candidate there, a famous one, but she had nothing to do with the town (she lives in another town). So we said she has been "paradropped" in Brussels: ![]() "Schaerbeek (the name of the town) - the longest day" (reference to the American soldier who stayed stuck on the top of the church of Sainte Mère l'Eglise in France, 6th June 1944) |
