Prostitution is a business like anything else. At least if it is legalized there can be standards like any other industry like the restaurant industry answering to the board of health or insurance agents and the commissioner of that state, etc.

You know, I have always wondered how many young, bright, educated young women from a good family, look at the future paths ahead of them and decide, "you know what, I'd like to be a prostitute". Maybe a couple. And for these couple, I fully support their right to prostitute their bodies. But most of them are poor, with little education or training and feel they have no other option but to sell the one thing they have left of vaule. I am not okay with that. | |
