Climate change hits Mars

Is Al Gore is correct?
Obviously this climate change on Mars has been caused by man's explorative attempts using extraterrestrial vehicles.

When will folk be sensible, jumping on to whatever the latest PC story happens to be is not exactly the correct way to solve any problem, real or imagined.

From your own link:

Quote:
The mechanism at work on Mars appears, however, to be different from that on Earth. One of the researchers, Lori Fenton, believes variations in radiation and temperature across the surface of the Red Planet are generating strong winds.

Re: Climate change hits Mars

One can not directly compare the climates of Mars and Earth. There are too many differences between the fundamental make up of the planets, activity upon the planets, chemistry of the atmosphere, etc. It is foolish to point to Mars and say that mankind has no impact on earth. We obviously have some form of impact on this planet.

Obviously it is foolish to suggest that mankind's exploration attempts have had anything to do with the reported apparent warming of the Mars polar cap or caps.
Anything that mankind does with regard to his presence on this planet of ours, will have to some greater or lesser extent, an impact on the planet.

My main point is that there are other theories to explain Global warming that are scientific and can be proven and suggest that the warming is natural.

It is however very true to say that mankind is poisoning the planet in a variety of ways.
It is unknown what extent plastic has been dumped in the oceans of our world, certainly all sea creatures testeed have revealed significant quantities of plastic within their bodies.
It is unknown what quantities of pesticides have run off from the land and polluted the seas.
The above are but 2 suggestions.
WE can read about pollution problems on an almost daily basis.
Yet noone seems to bother about this problem which has already affected the basic food chain.
