A) I said most Muslim Majority nations are uncivilized because they are controlled by the radicals.

B) I said this is a war of the civilized against the uncivilized you can read into that any way you want.

My point which you missed is that there are uncivilized people all over the world. One could also argue that the incredibly high murder rate per capita in the USA puts us in the company of many of those "uncivilized" nations.

In other words our $hit stinks too.

And I think that you miss the point that in certain Muslim nations (to use Trajan's word, Muslim Majority) it is the norm for 30+ people to be killed weekly...violence is indoctrinated into children who strap bombs to themselves and blow up cafes.

You have the luxury of living in one of the most liberated and free societies on the planet. You have the luxury of a police force that you can call and not be afraid of. You have the luxury of a society that will advocate for justice on your behalf in the event of your becoming a victim. It is our social directive to protect and shelter all citizens from needless violence.

Muslim Majority nations have no such directives. They are socially dysfunctional and there is no comparison between our great nation and that hell hole in the Middle East. You would do well not to force such absurd relationships...

Oh come on Jallman it was an apt analogy on the part of Champs afterall didn't you know that we teach children from pre-school on up that to murder the innocent will send you directly to heaven where 72 virgins await you and that people like the VA killer are martyrs?

I think the fact that anyone would kill someone else in the name of their religious belief is disgusting. The problem is that it is all based on interpretation. I think the people that are getting into a Christianity vs. Muslim argument are missing the point. Extremism is disgusting plain and simple. The religious belief that they have the twisted interpretation of isn't the problem, nor are the majority of people who have that same belief system yet don't go around beheading people as they have a less extremist interpretation of that belief. When you get right down to it, neither religion is better than the other. They both promote an ideology that lends itself to extremism because it's so open to interpretation.
