Bush 41 vs Bush 43

Of course Bush 41 comes out smelling like a rose and 43 like the pile of **** that he is. It's no secret that i don't like bush 43. i think he is a clown, a mini-despot and as his mother said, "not the brightest bulb on the tree." I have also stated that i have admiration for bush 41, he may not be the greatest president in American history but at least he was steady.

Bush 41 had a tough and domineering father (Prescott Bush) And HW worked hard to impress his father but without being obessive.
Bush 43 is know to have rebelled and argued and fought constantly with his father and is said to have ignores any advice from his father. Now we see that was dumb.

At 18 Bush 41 enlisted in the Navy and became the (at the time) youngest fighter pilot in the service. He went on to be awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air medal with two gold starts..
Bush 41 had a less than average "reserve" military career and was never awarded any decorations not even soldier of the month.

Bush 41 landed his own airplane on a number of aircraft carriers AT SEA a number of times as pilot. He flew 58 combat missions 58 times he could honestly say with pride "Mission accomplished." He was shot down once after accomplishing his mission and had to ditch once in the ocean
Bush43 landed on an aircraft carrier IN PORT ONCE and he was not even the pilot, just a lowly passenger.He said "Mission accomplished." Just once and it came back to bite him in the *** as he deserved. But he was dumb enough to have it printed as a banner and flown in public.

When Bush 41 got out of the service after the war he wanted to prove himself to his father so he went to Texas and became a self made man and a millionaire in the oil business. he proved himself as good a business man as he was a soldier.
Bush 43 without reason wanted to compete with his father so he stayed in Texas close to home and mom and promptly failed in the oil business and later ran a major league baseball team into the ground so badly it has never recovered. He did three things his father never did. He became a pot-head, then graduated to a coke-head and toped it off by becoming an alcoholic.

At Yale Bush 41 was a first string player on the college baseball team.
Bush 43 was a cheerleader and that at a time when most cheerleaders were girls.

Bush 41 let Bush 43 bring his friends (Tom, Dick and Don) over even though 41 hardly approved of them. Barbara smartly locked away all the breakable items in the house and 41 didn't allow them to touch the controls on the family electric train set.

Bush 41 kicked Saddam out of Kuwait and protected American oil interests there... he saw no need to go to Bagdad. He came out smelling like a rose. Only 382 casualties and 2/3 of those were not combat related.
Bush 43 attacked a floundering nation with a mindless vengeance and four years later is getting his *** soundly kicked and making his country look like **** as well as losing the good will of the international community while loosing over 3000 US military lives. He has used 300 million Americans in an attempt to make a family show. He is consistanr about one thing....failure.

That's an interesting assessment.
Personally, I didn't like Bush 41 much, either; not for political reasons (I was a kid during the reign of 41; I knew nothing of politics) but because he looked like a robot, like some sort of clever android or automaton.
His mouth didn't move in synch with his speech, or something. I found him really creepy.
At least this new improved Bush looks human. Well, okay, he actually looks kind of simian, but that's still a big improvement over looking like a robot.
I guess android technology has improved since the 80s.

You didn't even have to bring up the fact that he is a consumate liar.

Although I didn't agree with his dad politically, I did have a lot of respect for Bush 41. He was the last of a dying breed............"Statesman".

Something else about Bush 41. He consistently got good grades at Yale, and was also the head of the CIA at one time. The man was a genius. Can't say about the son, though. He doesn't act like his mother or father. He acts more like the mailman. LOL.
