I guess you are a sexual predator, which means your life means less than nothing to me, and i would slit your throat in a heart beat, and go to bed with a smile on my face
other than that, you are a coward for not revealing the state you live in, if in the US, or the Country you live in
either way, I could care less

Do you threaten people's lives on such a routine basis that such an occurrence is apt to slip your mind? | well since I have reviewed the entire thread, as well as current and past violations, I do request a link
because I am pretty sure I would have gotten a slap from the mods here for threatening your life

I see no reason why the government has the authority to step in at that point and prevent people of legal drinking age from walking down the street with a beer.
Secondly, laws in which public urination can land you with a sexual predator rap highlight the problems with these automatically enforced laws. They are typically made out of some feel good emotional but not well thought out place, but because of the way the law is written it doesn't give the courts room for judgment and then innocent people get caught up in it. Such laws need to be stricken from the books as they are unjust and the government can not punish someone for crimes they didn't actually commit.

Especially with alochol. Some states don't allow chains to sell alcohol. Why? Some states don't allow the sale of alcohol on Sunday. Or liquor and wine to be sold in the same store. There are so many, many retarded blue laws that should be repealed. Of course...I work for a wine chain...so I might be a little biased.

dead wrong on the 1st part
too many drunks in public will lead to problems with the law every day
you want to have a few drinks and some laughs, go to a club/bar
if you want to get loaded, stay home |

What is all this BS about Liberals supporting Sex offenders? YOu keep saying stupid things like this? YOU obvoiusly know nothing about people in general and particulaly conservatives, and Liberals. you NeoCons are strange folk.
If you win the lottery. We should take the money because you like to kill, hate America, the American people, and the constitution. I realize that this is BS, but it make as much sense as your suggestions about things. |

But we don't actually enforce any public drinking laws, other than Intoxicated and Disruptive. And if your drunk and acting like an *** with the police there, you deserve to go to jail. Quote: |

| Thirdly, being a registered " SEX OFFENDER" a being listed in that registry as a " SEXUAL PREDATOR" are two different things that many people, including the media do not understand or intentionally blur the line between.
I think in the entire state of NC, out of all the registered sex offenders, only 5 are classified as predators... I could be wrong as Im not looking at it now, but I know its a significantly low number compared to the overall amount of offenders.
