Mass Effect 3 [Spoiler Alert!]

Re: Mass Effect 3

Is there any way to choose different weapons and level up squad members besides taking them on an actual mission? I keep looking for squad lockers, someplace where I can level them up without having to take them with me when I don't want them with me. Hell, I can't even take them to the Citadel anymore! :(

Re: Mass Effect 3

I am going through the assassin's creed games right now, so much better imho.

That game sounds really involved and confusing...

I think it is one of the options at the computer next to Officer Trainor (at the Galaxy Map). Otherwise try the computer in the Captain's Quarters (or whatever Shepard's room is called).

I think all weapons related stuff can be done in the Armory.

Planescape: Torment was involved and confusing.

Mass Effect 3 just takes adjustment.

No, the computers only allow me to change what they are wearing, not level them up and choose their powers. :(

Again, I can only ad weapon mods at the work bench, not assign weapons to my squad. I can't even assign my best assault rifle to my best fighter, because the stupid game won't give me the option.

So, nobody else found themselves frustrated that they were forced to take teammates on missions for no other reason than to level them up? This is really a crazy change from the first two Mass Effect games. :(

BTW, you're right about Planescape: Torment. Awesome game, absolutely awesome. :)

Those are good games, though it's like trying to compare apples(of Eden ;)) and oranges.

No not really, because I their level doesn't really matter unless you take them on missions anyway. I only took Liara and Garrus on my missions mostly anyway though. Sometimes I'd take EDI since that was just cool.

And you can't take your crew members on the Citadel with you, but they are scattered around the Citadel and you can have some great moments with them, some funny, some touching. It really is a great game. And the story is awesome(besides the last 5 minutes) and the relationships between you and your squad are great, and you really feel the overall theme of war weighing down on everyone.
