I say preview cause the meat of the story is just kicking over. I've gotten a basic hand at how to fight, cook, gather mats, fish and drive around. It's mind bogglingly large, this map is. The combat is taking some time to get used too, not my cup of tea button mashing but the story, the voice acting? The side quests, the hunts, the running around just taking in the beauty of the game? AMAZING. I have but a simple Xbone, and I must say this is a very pretty game. So, as I thought, aside the combat, I'd say my first 5 hours of gaming have been... engrossing to say the very least.

How does the map size compare to Skyrim?

It's GINORMOUS. Seriously, I've barely pushed the story and still have huge areas to explore. Between cars, Chocobos and walking it feels immense.

I'm only on Chapter three, I'm doing all the hunts, side quests and stuff first.
