As it turns out, gaming is not such a huge waste of time after all. If the Chinese can't beat us in trade they are just going to rub it in our faces over an electronic network.

Li Ailong explained that the prime time for a professional gamer is between 16 to 23 years of age, after which the gamers' reaction, receptivity and coordination decreases. However, the graduates of vocational schools in China are usually at least 22 years old.

As it just so happens, I am past my prime and playing a videogame as you read this.

Stories like this out of Asia should be treated with some skepticism as alot of fake stories come out of that region for whatever reason.

Looks reasonably credible but when I looked it up there seems to be variations online and no one really solid has picked it up yet.

More than possible though given how much money has become involved.

The major is "Electronic Competitive Sports and Management." As long as the distant dream of becoming an office manager retains its allure, I'm sure none of their parents will mind their sons and daughters spending hours upon hours in a sporting way.
