We're on ebonheart' side. Got a sorc templar team going. @Cagi if you wanna friend me in game.

The game is turning out to be even more engaging than the beta lead me to believe.

I've finally figured out how to fish and, up to this point, haven't lost any tackle to a snag.

I haven't fished yet, how is it?

It's just something else to do. The good part is that you can sell the fish you catch because gold isn't that readily available....or maybe that's just because I 'research' and 'deconstruct' damned near everything in get hold of.

OK..y'all are going to have to bear with me on this stuff since I've never played an MMO before.

How does all this 'friend' and 'guild' stuff work?

I got some notification that somebody wanted to trade with me last night and I had no idea what to do.

My account name is lutherf....I decided to get creative!

The sad thing is, although I found the game enjoyable I burned myself out with the Beta. I cannot see slogging through the level 1-17 content AGAIN (and I did do this for every faction at least once). Perhaps in a few months (if I have enough time to justify the $15/month) I might be up for having at it again.

I'm going to pick this game up soon. I've heard a lot of good things about it. The PvP is supposedly amazing and that's one of my favorite parts of an MMO

It is quite engaging. I don't think I've enjoyed a game as much since the old Everquest. Hopefully there won't be a bunch of whiners who inspire the owners to ruin the game.

Also... the crowd control specialization in magic looks very promising. Hopefully it will be what I think it is going to be, and once people learn to play in groups with crowd control specialists, I might be in heaven :)

Some things I've never run into an an Elder Scrolls game before:

I was nearly eaten by a crocodile this morning. When the hell did they start letting crocodiles into Cyrodil?

I also ran into a bunch of Spriggans who spoke German. I was all prepped for some fake language but there she was speaking perfect German.

This game has been amazing and I can't wait to get past Tuesday so I can start playing without the guilt of not being at my desk.

I might join y'all when the game goes F2P. Until then, I'll stick with Aion.

For those that are playing or have played this game, what have you been doing?

So far I've been strictly PvE with three characters (checking out each faction) and doing mostly local quests while searching for treasure chests. I'm having a blast just roaming the wilderness trying to find landmarks.

I recently decided to check out "provisioning" and was surprised at how effective it is. Even at low levels some of the stews and such provide huge boosts. On the flip side I have been disappointed with how slowly enchanting progresses. I'm having a hell of a time finding potency runes I can use and leveling the skill through deconstruction is slow as hell.
