I'm not a gamer. The last games I dabbled in were Civ4 (TBS) and then Company of Heroes (RTS). I haven't played a game in years. But my friend introduced me to this simple yet fun strategy game and I've been enjoying it.

Anyone else play? Got stories or recommendations?

I hear there's a way to fill out surveys to earn ~"google play cards". Perhaps someone could explain how that works so I can buff my base :)
 
I gave up pretty quickly on Clash of Clans. Unless you decide to use real money, you aren't going to get very far very fast.

I'm not worried about getting far fast. It seems to me that the game basically stays the same regardless of ones level of development.
 
I'm just not a fan of waiting 24+ hours for a archery tower to be built. :shrug:

Yeah, it's a game best played for a few minutes a couple times a day (with the option of longer sessions). I like that about it.
