Eh, I'm lucky if I can devote 6-7 hours on a workday to playing games...and that's if I do nothing else except eat, sleep, and use the toilet.

That's a lot of time. I usually spend maybe 3-4 on a workday, though I don't game quite every night. I did finally start to tackle some of my XBLA games I've meant to play. Limbo is hella fun (though short).

Noooo, the fundamental structure of the game is broken, it plays like a MMORPG. You can't patch your way out of this one by tweaking a few things

d3 does have broken items,just wait and they will be fixed,because blizz has to do something when 100's ofposters per day are crying about the same few problems.

Having played both before and after the NGE, I know damn well what they lost.

I especially liked the skill trees and the options available.

I played SWG the first 5 months it came out, but when I saw people grinding away for their uber Jedi I could see the writing on the wall and quit. It was the exact same narrow gameplay grind I saw from Everquest. Played Everquest like 2 months, never liked the MMORPG grind.

He's talking about the fact that I stated clearly that I have played Diablo 1-3, which would also include Diablo 2 (2 comes between 1 and 3 in case you didn't realize ;) ). To which you then claimed I hadn't played Diablo 2.

The reading comprehension skills of some people, right? Or I guess this could be a failure of math as well. Perchance he doesn't know that 2 comes after 1 and before 3.

To each his own I suppose. I have been enjoying the game greatly. I do admit that it has some things that need worked on but I have yet to play any game that had everything right on release. Hopefully Bliz makes the right choices when it comes to fixing the broken parts of the game.

Currently I am in inferno act I grinding gear to get me threw act II. Act II has a steep requirement curve.

Diablo 3 is an utter cluster**** in Europe at the moment. For 3 out of 5 days the last 5 days it has been impossible to play after 4 pm local time.. and even before that.

Error 37 is the most common fault, and if you some how manage to get past that, then you get stuck trying to get the hero list... /clap Blizzard.

People are mega pissed over it and the first lawsuits are supposedly in the making.. and we are talking about Europe, a place were we usually dont sue .. but this is unacceptable for a supposed single player game.

Diablo 3 plays exactly like WOW. You grind to heroics, and then grind to raids.

Diablo 3 is nothing like WoW. Well, no more than your average dungeon crawl is like your random MMORPG

Having played both, I feel I have the knowledge necessary to say this.

Not actually played it in almost a week now because of it. Got tired of getting denied access to a single player game.

its been running fine on american servers,but i have heard europe and asia have had problems and long waiting lines.in korea people were problems where they could only play 2-3 hours a day because blizzard set up a queu system instead of using matching servers to users.last i heard korea was trying to sue blizzard for having such problems,and some countries in europe were going to follow suit,as in some countries consumer protection includes video games,and online service associated with.
