Anyone that has played it will love it. Massive space battles - real-time strategy 4x - It's what Homeworld wanted to be.
I pre-ordered and have been playing the beta for three weeks and the game is perfect with some minor balance issues the beta group is working out. Anyone that likes RTS 4x games and space will absolutely LOVE Sins Rebellion. Oh, and the modding community is fantastic, and works closely with the game designers. The game just works, and replayable.
