After careful and prolonged discussion, the Moderation Team has decided that the Constitutional Convention will remain CLOSED. Acting out, derailing, and trolling doomed this rather good idea to failure. IF something like this is ever to be done again, the Moderation Team will create strict guidelines, and rules for behavior and participation so that there is a far greater potential for success.

This decision is final.
