South Sudan troops systematically raped girls and women, U.N. says

If Bush had with held Iraqi oil revenue until they behaved we would have had the leisure to help out in the Sudan then and this would not be happening now.

The UN itself requires a UN Security Council resolution to act in that manner, controlled by yours truly and other "world powers".

Then funding, then logistics, then combat troops, to intervene in that manner.

It's pretty unfair to blame it on the UN as a whole for not unilaterally intervening in an internal conflict. :shrug:

Thanks for providing one of the most gratuitous "blame Bush" invocations I've seen this year. And I say that as someone who truly despised his presidency.

I didn't despise Bush, in fact I adored him as I do every President, so send me a good one hey.
