Even if Roe v Wade were overturned it would go back to the state's and women will cross state lines to have their legal abortions like they did in the 1960s.

There will be no federal ban on abortion in the US as long as America remains a democracy.

Whats your basis on that?

If that were mandatory, they would have done that with RvW. This is a case where the 14th, which I don't agree is a lawful amendment, could be used in the other direction and so if they ruled it should be, based of EPUtL, that all states must comply with a ban on abortion.

Good lord, that would be poetic justice, enforcing the 14th against immoral idiots, ha ha ha. Juicy juicy irony.

From the following 11-13-2016 article regarding Sunday's 60 minutes interview with President elect Trump:

...President-elect Donald Trump on Sunday said that women would “have to go to another state” to get an abortion if the court were to overturn Roe v. Wade.

“Having to do with abortion, if it ever were overturned, it would go back to the states,” he said in his first post-election interview, on CBS’ “60 Minutes.”

“Yeah, but then some women won’t be able to get an abortion?” Lesley Stahl asked.

Trump responded: “Yeah, well, they’ll perhaps have to go, they’ll have to go to another state.”

When Stahl asked if he thought that was acceptable, Trump said to wait and see.

“Well, we’ll see what happens,” he said. “It’s got a long way to go, just so you understand. That has a long, long way to go.”

To overturn it they would either have to do a constitutional amendment (not going to happen) or get the SCOTUS to overturn it (don't have the numbers unless like 3 judges kick the bucket).
good call
