Ladies? Avoid Ireland if you value your bodily autonomy.

Potential does not matter ...it is what it is.

In the US viability is about 23 or 24 weeks so abortions are banned ( except for the woman's life/ risk of woman's major bodily function.)

The vast majority of elective abortions ( over 91 percent ) occur in the first trimester long before the unborn has any organized brain waves.

An unborn is a potential and yes, the unborn's brain may never develop.

Science shows us that 15 to 20 percent of known pregnancies do miscarry.

Women in the US have and should have a choice to a legal elective abortion.

It's nice that you've been able to arbitrarily pick a point that suits you. Everyone has their rationalizations for doing what they do.

If you know it...don't read it.
I am informing those readers who do not know all the facts of why pro choice allows all people to follow their own choice.
I am informing those who do not know before 26 weeks gestation an unborn's brain has no organized brain waves.

You know that ? Great! Then you have my permission to not read my posts , also please ignore them if you have nothing to debate.

That's not informing much of anything. Everyone knows there are miscarriages. And pro-choice people also know that there is not brain activity right away, that it takes a bit. What a lot of abortion do result in is the stopping of a beating heart. See? I can pick an arbitrary point as well.

Since pro life people know and acknowledge it takes a bit before organized brain waves ( about 28 weeks ), then...

They can agree the unborn does not feel pain before 28 weeks and there is no need to try ban abprtions between 20 and 24 weeks gestation based on so called fetal pain.

By the way since you think science is why abortions should be banned..

Science tells us that the fetal/ unborn's heart is a lot different than a newborn heart. Since an unborn/fetus does not use their own lungs until they are born. The fetal heart does not pump blood through the lungs in order to collect oxygen. Just a few weeks after conception, the fetal heart takes up the majority of the fetus’ very small body. When first formed the unborn's heart looks more like a tube and only has two chambers.

The unborn/ fetus’ heart does not even begin to beat until 5 weeks gestation.

Your posting random stuff to your debate opponent who already knows. It's unnecessary.

Hardly any readers even come to this abortion forum. It's the same people from years ago who still post here. If you find the need to inform people who are new to the topic of abortion, you are better off making a thread posting random facts and having a moderator just sticky the thread until of posting all that random stuff to someone who already knows.

Make a thread about brain development in the prenatal stage of a humans life instead of cluttering it all up in multiple posts to the same people then. It'll help you out a bit.

Also please ignore them if you have nothing to debate.

I have the right to point **** out just like everyone else does. And because of the fact you went completely defensive and got a bit snarky with me just proves I was accurate in my post.

good for them, pleases me that Ireland proves that you can be both a modern and traditionalist society.

I disagree , I read many threads that I never post on.

The top 5 threads on this abortion forum had over 16,000 views.

yap, yap, yap...I'm basing my argument off of what is seen and present. There is no need to bring religion into it, as has been proven.
Actually without religion there is not argument and the few who are atheists and oppose abortion do so based on personal convictions not based on any rational or intelligent reasoning.
