No, it is the correct category.
Abortion is not significant in the vast majority of people's lives, and the procedure will remain, in spite of the pointless efforts to outlaw it.

Yet, overconcerning busy bodies remain set on interjecting trivial ideology into the compromised conditions of other people's private property decisions, and seem to steal political center stage by distraction and sensationalism over more credible issues.

Ummmm....you started this thread....what does that say about you and being a "busy body?"

BTW--if your body is "personal property"--a zygote's body is his or her "personal property" too. It's a double edged sword--that argument.;)

The private property of the mother is weighed against the due process rights of the fetus.
The due process rights of the fetus are not endowed until birth.
No constitutional amendment is forthcoming to change that status, the point is mute.
Abortion is a ridiculous distraction from more relevant political issues.
