Columbus Planned Parenthood clinic vandalized

The foundations of medical ethics were built well before I was born and it's not my fault that people fail to understand them today.

Yes, it is your fault that you fail to understand the difference between medical ethics and women's rights.

No, what remains is that you do not have a point.

I'm going to guess that at some point you will show that. Oh wait, no you will just declare it and leave it at that.

:lamo The two have nothing to do with each other. A doctors responsibility is towards his patient or patients bodies, health and well being. If a doctor intentionally kills one of their healthy patients they have thoroughly failed to uphold their responsibilities. The fact that Planned Parenthood employs doctors with the intention of these doctors killing their healthy patients shows they are NOT a legitimate healthcare provider.

More of your delusions, entirely at odds with reality and posted only to be inflammatory.

No doubt based entirely on nothing more but my opposition to coerced charity through socialist programs.

Tell me again what happens to the pregnant woman dying who's credit card declines the hospitals pre-auth?

Oh that's right, in the universe of JayDubya she should die.

But it's ok, because with a rallying cry of "have that baby you stupid bitch" it's nothing but true freedom in the JayDubya universe.

It's because we know your MO.

In the Henrin universe, no government, no laws, no roads, no civilization, but one single maximum security prison for women who had an abortion and their providers.

Show what that you have noting? :lamo:lamo:lamo
You have already amply demonstrated that.

Nonsense. Without government there would be roads and civilization. You really do need to read up on your history. Some stateless societies existed for thousands of years, and roads existed well before the government ever built one road. It should however be noted that there is a difference between funding a project and building it. The government funds projects like road construction, but has never actually built one road themselves.

It is not charity or socialist programs. It is called a civilized society, safe and secure for the benefit or everyone and that is something that you clearly have not come to understand yet.

Perhaps there is a place like that for you, removed from our burdensome civilization.

Can you explain how welfare is civilized? How can forcing people to help others be civilized?

Can you explain why it isn't besides "I don't like that laws and taxation exists"?

The fact that it is necessary to explain how forcing someone to help another person is aggressive and uncivilized behavior is only proof that civilization as we know it is ****ed up.

Thats hardly a convincing argument.

Not much you say is however.

"Civilization is uncivilized because Civilization"

:lamo REALLY? NOTHING AT ALL TO DO with each other? No patients, including women, then there's no need for any obligations to be responsible or ethical guidelines need to be used in their practice.

"A doctors responsibility is towards his patient or patients bodies, health and well being." YOU BET YOUR BIPPY doctors do. It's also A PRIVATE RELATIONSHIP according to Roe v Wade. The relationship is reciprocal. A patient must respect a doctor's requirements to provide services as defined BY LAW.

IT IS AGAINST THE LAW to intentionally kill a patient, period. It is against the law in most states to ask a doctor to kill one's self. But WHO IS THE PATIENT?

Unless a doctor makes a fetus its patient at the REQUEST of the woman who hosts its presence, then a doctor has no allegiance to it other than what the law requires. If the court intervenes and tells a doctor that he or she is legally being forced to intervene in the care of a fetus because of some serious issue - which is probably a very rare occurrence they don't have to and still are being very responsible regarding the health and welfare of their patient - THE WOMAN!

When government starts telling doctors who and how they must test, diagnosis, treat, and do legal medical procedures...that is a CONSTITUTIONAL violation between them and their patient. There are Medical Ethics Boards in each state that determine whether or not a doctor is being unethical. If a complaint is filed then there is an investigation. If determined that ethics have been violated then there are civil remedies that can be imposed and there are criminal remedies that can be imposed. But once an Ethics Board determines a criminal act has been committed, they report such to a jurisdiction's authorities.

Not at all surprised at your reply. You don't know what you're talking about.

Not letting people suffer or die IS civilized and it is a very sad thing that you can not grasp that.

Yes, it is your fault that you fail to understand the difference between medical ethics and women's rights.

This is the abortion subform – there is no reason to be talking about this unrelated concept of "women's rights."

hahahahahahha! What hypocritical bull****! And you want government to forced others to help all the itty bitty yet to be born stages of human life.

When the abortion debate centres around the idea of hindering a women's ability to make medical decisions on her own, you don't get to say things like this.

It wasn't trying to make an argument. I was voicing my disgust at you needing to be told how forced charity is uncivilized.

Why do you keep lying about my position?

Oh and btw, government telling people to not kill each other has been going on for a very long time now.

So then you have nothing.

Not awfully surprising from Mr. I want all the benefits of civilization with none of the responsibility or restrictions that come with it.

No, it centers around the idea of equality and human rights versus the inhumane brand of discrimination and hate people like you support.

And I "got" to say that truth and will go on saying it.

What in the **** is needed? Why do you need it explained to you that theft is wrong? Would you accept an everyday citizen going around forcing people to give to their charity? Why is it somehow different if a group like PP goes to the government to force people to give to their organization?
