I really despise Kasich, to be honest.

I repeat " If those non-abortion services are so needed for the poor then that money can be given to organizations that do not do abortion."
Tax payer dollars should not go to planned parenthood period. If those non-abortion services are so needed for the poor then that money can be given to organizations that do not do abortion.
I certainly pointed out the obvious to you and explained standard minimum requirements for ethical segregation of funds and pointed out that they did not seem to be maintained. The problem is that you were never able to falsify it. Debate with you is really rather uninteresting.

He's much more moderate than just about any republican around and seems to be a very compassionate human being and nice man. Why do you despise him?
He's sexist. Just not as verbose and vainglorious about it as Trump.
I can see Trump being viewed as sexist but aside from what's been posted here, I never thought Kasich to be that way. Heck, you could say Hillary is a feminist.
So you're saying feminists are sexists? That might be like saying slaves were racists because they didn't want to work for free for the white man?
So no hospitals either?
And that money can go to groups that do not do abortions if those services for the poor are truly needed.Planned Parenthood provides an infrastructure that allows an underserved community to obtain services with low or sliding scale cost for many of their services. Depending on the community they provide well beyond basic reproductive health services. Women can get a timely appointment and get their care.
I have a family member that uses county services - they are amazingly tight on services. My family member has been told umpteen times that no sooner appointments are available and the "best" thing to do is use ER (clearly they hope not a county er ) An influx of money would be needed to BEGIN fix what is already broken, not to add thousands of more clients.
Only a small percentage of hospitals do elective abortions. So there would be plenty of hospitals that would qualify as groups that do not do abortions that can qualify for that money.
In New Letter, Doctors Urge More Hospitals to Perform Abortions | TIME.com
Hospitals provide just 4% of abortions in the U.S., according to the Guttmacher Institute, a nonprofit sexual-health-research organization, and many facilities limit the procedure to rare cases, like fetal abnormalities or when the life of the woman is at risk. The majority of hospitals perform fewer than 30 abortions per year. Others refuse to provide the procedure at all.
I understand your stance on abortion and that's fine. However, federal funding doesn't go towards abortions. Federal funds used at PP are for all other women's health issues. It's too bad that you don't care for the health of your fellow Americans, especially those who are not in the obvious advantaged financial position you're in.
1. Over 10,000 federally qualified health centers exist that do not perform abortions but help women through holistic health care.
2. Unlike PP, these 10,000 health centers do not fund millions of dollars to democratic candidates. These 10,000 health care centers do not have a Super Pac to get radical pro-choice officials elected.
Define holistic health care.
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care profession, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and optimal
health through the use of therapeutic methods and substances that encourage individuals’ inherent self-healing
process. The practice of naturopathic medicine includes modern and traditional, scientific, and empirical methods.

Naturopathic is fine.
What are the holistic birth control options for those that are trying not to be pregnant.
What are the holistic std treatments?
What about PAP smears?
How do they holistically cure the precancers that show up on PAP smears?

I will let an actual doctor explain:
And so you would deny them funding?
Or, we can have the pros at PP do it, like they always have.
BTW, abortion is legal, if you don't like it, don't have an abortion.
