That is horrificly dishonest.

We don't want forced abortions, we want the choice to have an abortion.

If you want to carry the baby all the way to birth, you're more than welcome to do so. Just remember the costs involved, and make sure as **** that you can provide that baby with everything it needs to grow healthy, smart, and productive.

How does someone take the leap from 12 weeks of gestation to being no different than 4 years post birth? I really would like to know how that happens.

All it would take to prevent that is to elect a President who would direct all federal agencies to take no action against any state official who declined to follow the decision in Obergefell. There probably are a lot of those officials who would decline--maybe even including governors--considering that in all but eleven of the states, the majority had not seen fit to change their laws as the Supreme Court's edict required. As Justice Scalia noted in his dissenting opinion, the Court depends on both the executive and the states to make its decisions effective.

I call BS.
But you actually bring a valid point as to why we need to abide by the Roe vs Wade decision.
If you give the government the power to ban abortions then the government also has the power to turn around and force abortions.

I will not support a law or a country that would ban elective abortions ( within the parameters of Roe vs. Wade) but on the other hand I would never support a law or a country that would force a woman to have an abortion even if it would have birth defects that would cost the taxpayer millions of dollars to care for.

Each woman should decide for herself ( or with input from her doctor, her husband/lover, her clergy, her trusted friend or whomever she chooses ) whether or not to continue her pregnancy within the parameters of Roe vs Wade.

I am not aware of any organization or individual that is pro-abortion.

Now, please provide some proof that the bold is not the height of some conservative uber-partisan irrational strictly-agenda-based fantasy.

Which means we are just as much against what you accuse of wanting us to do (forced abortions like in China) as we are against what you want, steal women's right and hijack every woman's uterus. Choice is the imperative word, we do not care if a woman has an abortion or does not have an abortion, as long as she is free to make such a choice

Can you please explain how your position 'cares' about the mother? Obviously you feel you know better than she does what is best for her life and that of her family, current and future. Can you explain how you know what's best for strangers?

Not only do you not understand the notion of conscience but you clearly also do not know anything about truthfulness with regards to other posters. Or even the smallest modicum of decency but that is not my problem, that will be yours.
