Between the years 2012 and 2013'

The rate for Black non Hispanic just fell 1 percent .
It fell 2 percent for Hispanics

If fell 1 percent for AIAN women and ( Asian )
5 percent for API women.( Asian Pacific )

From a 2015 CDC report on 2013 government fertility rate report:

The general fertility rate (GFR) for the United States in 2013 was 62.5 births per 1,000 women aged 15–44, down 1% from 2012 (63.0) to another record low rate for the nation (Tables 1 and 5; Figure 2). Since 2007, the fertility rate has declined, but as with the number of births, the pace of decline has slowed since 2010.

The GFR declined for two of the three largest race and Hispanic origin groups in 2013 from 2012,
down 1% for non-Hispanic black and 2% for Hispanic women. However, the rate rose less than 1% for non-Hispanic white women. The GFR declined for AIAN and API women as well, down 1% and 5%, respectively.

In other words, more hell-fire and brimstone stuff. It's more self-righteous, sanctimonious nonsense.

But really, it's anti-Constitutional rights for women. And once a child is born, and they're female, then they too will be automatically be condemned to the same beliefs held by anti-abortion advocates. Men aren't born with the curse of being morally or legally obligated to reproduce, but women are. It's sort of like some folks believing in "Original Sin".

Fire and brimstone? If only! No. It is about lives. This has been explained to the left on this website, but to no avail. And I do not mean women's lives either. And if you do not know that the constitution should have nothing to do with it, you should know it. It's a sham. It's paper permission given freely to women to flush (kill) their unborn.
