Gov. Jerry Brown signed legislation Friday requiring crisis pregnancy centers, which often try to steer women away from abortion, to provide information about reproductive services available elsewhere, including abortion.

Assembly Bill 775, by Assemblyman David Chiu, D-San Francisco, applies to all California facilities offering pregnancy-related services, compelling them to notify clients of the state’s free and low-cost alternative programs for family planning, prenatal care and abortion.

Good! The Right can call him "Governor Moonbeam" all they want, but he's the best governor they've had in decades.

That's the thing about people. A lot of the time whe they are whining about something it is not about any sort of real morality, it is about taking something over so they can have the money and the power.

At least one CA city has a ban on the deceptive advertising and marketing that these ant-abortion facilities and organizations use.

For many conservatives, religion, money and power are the only things that matter. They literally believe in "might makes right" as long as it is their side doing it. They will defend mass murder, theft and oppression as the rightful privilege of the powerful (on their side).

In fact, liberals think it's okay to teach four year old children masturbation techniques.

Oh noes! Liberals aren't bunch of uptight Puritanistic nutters! ..... and that's a bad thing how? Four year olds are already fondling themselves so it does seem important to set some masturbation where and when guidelines if nothing else. Seems wrong to imply at such a young age that masturbation or learning about any part of their body is a bad thing.

I can't see any differences between them and conservatives as they all act entirely the same regardless of the beliefs or opinions the ascribe to.

I would suggest that individuals involved in the medical practice should, regardless of the law, provide relevant information about all available medical avenues when a patient seeks guidance.

I would also suggest that enforcing such an ideal is not listed in the bible as a penalty that would result in eternal damnation.

Has it ever occurred to you that the Pro-life and Pro-Choice arguments are mutually exclusive? The arguments you see are so different that they're way beyond an "apple/orange" type situation. It's more like spaghetti sauce and quantum physics different.

Can you define what the pro-life argument is?

Can you define what the pro-choice argument is?

Can you express what your argument is in relationship to pro-life's?

Can you express what your argument is in relationship to pro-Choice's?
