So now a single police officer has the power to go up to a door.
And even if the dog smells nothing and the officer pretends it did, the responsibility now lays in the single officer so if he is corrupt the buck stops at the officer.
I dont think we should be putting ourselves in this situation.
There is now an easier means for a cop to enter your house unwarented.

And now we also have the seatbelt check program in wich cops can pull you over for simply to check if you have a seatbelt on.

So what is a Police state? Can we compare it to totalitarian virtues?

Bush and Cheney committed numerous felonies before spying on Americans was legalized by the rubber-stamp Congress. They should be impeached, tried, and incarcerated.

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, who has been caught lying to Congress, seems to be getting away with his crime.

and so over 100,000 Americans have been put on terrorist "watch lists" and thereby prevented from travelling freely on airplanes. Do you personally thing there is 100,000 terrorists in America?

and so all you gotta do is look above. Road blocks by army have been tested out in Texas. Colorado motorists were outraged that at a highway checkpoint, a private company was demanding blood and saliva samples

and so we get what happend in New Orleans.

and so Homeland Security has hired a former KGB general Yevgeni Primakov and the former head of the Stasi secret police Markus Wolfe.

and so Bush has been exposed as having lied to Congress (which is a felony) when he said he was against torture and intending to stop it, when all along he was quietly ordering it to continue. The Bush Administration has been arguing they can torture terror suspects for some time now, for instance at Abu Graib prison and at Guantanamo. But thishas now been made legal due to the Military Commissions Act of 2006, and past torture is deemed to have been legal.


Totalitarian police state = "The Leader criminalizes dissent."

and so Bush has recently criminalized the anti-war movement. He passed an executive order that uses overly vague language to essentially say that "certain persons" who oppose his failing Iraq war can have all their possessions "blocked" and their finances frozen, rendering them essentially penniless and homeless.

Totalitarian police state = "The government clamps down on what the free press can print."

and so Bush has prevented the New York Times from printing a complete version of a commentary about Iran by an intelligence worker, despite that document having been cleared as not sensitive by the CIA.

Totalitarian police state = "The Leader, recognizing that the middle-class and poor are the enemies of fascism, launches attacks against them."

and so Bush and his henchmen have joyfully used mass importation of foreign workers to attack the job prospects of poor Americans as well as white collar workers. While anti-war protests are ignored by the media and responded to with legions of cops in riot gear, mass protests by illegal foreign workers are allowed and widely covered in the media.

The Nazis were anti-Jewish (like Islam generally is) and the Warsaw ghetto was created as an extension of that anti-Semitic ideology.

The DC Police are anti-CRIME and the neighborhoods they would "seal off" are Black, high crime areas.

You might have a better chance at stirring up the figurative feces if it wasn't for the fact that this country is very close to electing a Black man as President.

There was no way the Nazis would have allowed free elections nor would they have allowed a Jew to run for office.

In an election that is wraught with corruption and tactics to not count certian votes and even the machines themselves having a zero security factor how can you say we are a democratic society?

No... its not.. Its what the Nazi's did.
The way you crack down on crime is to pick the ghetto'ist most crime infested area and you sanction rewarding instead of punishing.

You tell the town that if it wishes to recieve help it must learn.
You make a foundation with set guide lines so that they know excatly what they must accomplish. The first section of town that changes itself and crime drops 25% you give incentives and maybe start paying portions of peoples housing simply based on the continous crime reduction.

I have five brothers and I have learned that teaching a little one, middle aged one, and older one by rewarding good behaviour is MUCH MUCH more efficient than focusing simply on repremanding bad behaviour.

How is barricading people from comming into our nations capitol stop crime?
They say they are going to leave pedestrians alone, most violent crimes are commited while on foot. Family member stabs family member. Neighbor gets mad at neighbor. Man brakes into house.
Setting up a crazy checkpoint system is just a way from them to stop roiting from starting and to rake in money from all the little infractions they find when stopping you.

And I rather stick to my guns no matter how wrong you think I am, even if im the only person in the whole world who thinks im right. Even if im alone in this comparisson. I guess when we feel like we are right we feel like we are right. I'd much rather start calling it Warsawshington D.C. instead.
