No it doesn't, I make no distinction between an Islamist who directly engages in terrorism and the Islamist who shares the very same ideology of those who do, because it is the ideology itself that is the problem and until you grasp that concept you will not be able to understand this enemy and is why you will continue to blame Islamist terrorism on things like U.S. foreign policy, the existence of Israel, or social conditions in the Middle East.
