During the elections at the federal level, the winner is the one who "win" most of the communes (villages/parts of cities). But Brussels is strategic.
Since the polls said "party X is going to win", the party Y brought a new candidate there, a famous one, but she had nothing to do with the town (she lives in another town). So we said she has been "paradropped" in Brussels:
"Schaerbeek (the name of the town) - the longest day"
