Maybe we should forget the UN security council and built regional organizations. These regional organizations can have a worldwide organization to discuss problems which can not be solved on regional level.

There are a lot of UN organizations which does make sense, you know, specialized UN organizations. The UN did not stop or at least condemn the Nato attacks against Serbia or the coalition attacks against Iraq, that's why I don't know, what they should be good for in the future.
