What amount of money can ever repay someone who has been subjected to a sexual attack?
Presumably NP has a particular pay scale in mind for such a compensation scheme.
With the number of Sexual predatory attacks committed in the US linked to the number of times a sexual predator wins a Lottery, I doubt very much whether any victim in particular would receive very much cash. |
