Yes, TOT, you, ahem, have already, uh, said that, pretty much. You repeat yourself.
The best thing about TOT is his passion. I love that about TOT. But it is this passion that leads him to rush into debates like this, and to boast as he does. Ultimately, though, his passion is merely amusing. TOT is in this way over his head. And I shall demonstrate, at the proper time, and in the proper place. I mean after all, there is a thread already established where this very topic is being debated. A true debate thread. But you wouldn't know it from reading TOT's post. Maybe TOT "forgot" this, too!
I could have a billion ad hoc debates with TOT all day long on any topic, with willy nilly asides and passionate blasts parroting Bill Kristol and Fred Barnes all day long ... yawn. I mean, why not make it count, TOT? TOT has made no input in our debate. Shown no interest in applying any structure. He "forgot" to participate in a timely fashion. And obviously, TOT has put hardly any thought or work into his rebuttal.
TOT, is this going to be an unmoderated debate, um, spread out across several threads? I challenge you to show some discipline. I challenge you to try to think more clearly. Get us a new moderator. Propose a new timeline for the remaining posts. Please do this, rather than shooting your mouth off and demonstrating, once again, what you do not know, the time could be much better spent doing what you ought to do.
I'm profoundly disappointed. This could have been a learning experience for both of us. And there is still a chance that it could be.
