I'm surprised that even Fox News is saying that Hillary did better. I haven't seen such agreement about the winner of a debate since Obama slept through a debate in Denver in 2013.

Did anyone but me notice the media trying to draw a false equivalence between for a year Hillary having coughing fits and collapsing into SUV's with Trump sniffling during one 90 minute debate?

"OBAMA!"

Time to give the media the "what for"!!!

This is pretty much one of the worst prsidential debate ever

Softball qestions, no specifics. Basically each candidate fed everone a ple of **** and no one was willing to reall call them out on any of it.

There was one part where Donald was actually on the right side of the facts and that moment just went away as quick as the rest of them, it was a huge waste of time and we are all dumber for watching it

We can absolutely positively debate who won but without a doubt that was awesome.

Well, it's hard to deny he was horrible. What the hell? He was like that nutty uncle who won't shut up and interrupts everyone to rant nonsensically.

So I notice that the Elite around the globe have decided Hillary won. Maybe. The consensus going in was that they were even, if Trump wins we have to say that this debate was big for him.

I thought Trump was fine, he made the argument well.

If people listened to the commentary trump did what he needed to do.
Which means he didn't kill himself so he did win.

He called Clinton out on a ton of things in which he was right.
30 years in politics and she can't come up with an idea.

Government over spends and allows it to happen and has 0 quality control.

Then there was that fake smug smile has had in her face all night.
What was that about. And that stupid grin and laugh has had.

She was acting like a teenager when her parent is telling her how wrong she is.

He has re-tweeted propaganda from white supremacist sites, was the chief birther which was pure racism, wanted to ban all Muslims from immigrating here, implied that Mexican immigrants are mostly rapists, accused a judge of being unable to be fair to him due to his "Mexican Heritage"..... Yeah, no racism there...

Why do you think he has the least support among minorities of any Republican quite possibly ever?

Hillary's won the battle but lost the war.

She can't run on her record as her record sucks, so she has to run on attacking Trump, but what does she have left to attack with?

Meanwhile we saw a fairly subdued Trump, which is important to try and dismiss the idea of him being a wildcard, a runaway train so to speak, to those that haven't sat down and engaged with him for the hour and a half the debate was, he can't come out guns blazing like he did in the Republican nomination, as he has to seem somewhat sane and that he will conform the rules somewhat. Then having achieved that and survived the first debate, he still has all this ammo in the bank.

Hillary is really going to struggle in the next debate, particularly the last one.

I have to agree. Hillary has nothing left. She shot what she had and it pretty much is the same liberal rhetoric we hear all the time.

tax tax tax, free free free pander pander pander.

nothing she said had any substance it has been the same message of the liberal party for the past 20 years.

Trump was right on her taxes. She can't create jobs by heavily taxing and regulating businesses. We already have that now.

Trump is also correct in that lower taxes and allowing companies to bring in money will create tons of jobs.
He was also correct that in 30 years in politics Hillary has really done nothing.

You forgot something else she can run on, policy. That could easily soak up the next two debates. I think this is just the first defeat for Donald. It was essentially a battle of personal attacks and claims and he lost. He is weaker on literally every other topic besides that one. I don't think it was such an overwhelming victory that Trump is done, but I wouldn't predict that everything will stand on its head and Hillary will lose either.

yes Clinton got schooled on quite a bit since she was the birther in chief from 4 years ago.
that was Clintons biggest schooling of the night. It was her and her campaign staff that started
the whole birther thing to begin with. It was then her supporters that took it to court to try
and get Obama disqualified.

The Trump supporters who are saying he won last nights debate are only hurting Trump, and themselves by acting so delusional by saying he won.

They are showing that Trump's run for prez is more of a 'cult' than a campaign.
