This is a National Enquirer article.
As a tabloid it should be suspect, but the Enquirer does have a track record when it comes to reporting affairs of politicians such as the likes of Gary Hart and John Edwards.
It is provided for discussion based on their previous record of being correct in regards to at least two others.
Of course whether the information turns out to be true remains to be seen.
Three of the women in the images the Enquirer is using have supposedly been identified with the help of some of those at the CTH bolg. Link
The first woman supposedly imaged is interesting indeed and may be why Trump recently said something about "spilling the beans".
Twitter also seems to be deleting tweets including images of the NE report as well as those identifying the women such as the one contained at the above link made by Joel Luther, likely for legal/policy reasons.
