Alan West refuses to concede

Allen West is an obnoxious dick but that's a really close race, give him a chance to make a case. If he can't put forth anything other than anecdotal conspiracy nonsense, then LOL away.
 
does he have anything to back up these statements and accusations?
 
Bless you folks in Palm Beach if the current figures hold true. One less bonehead representing the Sunshine State.
