It Begins... Howard Dean already making excuses if Obama loses Ohio

There's dumb excuses both ways. Look at all the dumb comments here about how Colin Powell's a racist, or how Christie hung Mitt out to dry.

If Romney loses Florida, I'm betting it's "Because Miami Dade opened election offices to continue early voting." When it's as close as it's going to be, there will be excuses. As someone who's voting for Johnson, I fully expect to be blamed here on DP when the results are in (which I don't think will be tonight).

Christie was an idiot and did hang Romney out to dry.

Blah blah blah... partisan hackery... blah blah blah, that's all I'm hearing from you.

It's....what.....happened.

Wow, you sure didn't allow Bush the same consideration after Katrina.

People in New Jersey are suffering mightily, hungry, cold, and EXTREMELY pissed at FEMA right now.

Yes, the impoverished United States has no means to get electricity to 1.25 million people for well over a week and with freezing weather. To bad we are a crippled, incapable 3rd world country now. I think that's your point.

Who said that?

Go back to the thread about Powell endorsing Obama. "It's because he's black" over and over again. I think that's the official Romney line, too.

Um...no...YOU post some quotes where forumites called Colin Powell a racist. OR, just admit that you're hacking up the thread with false statements.

I don't care. You either read the thread or you didn't. If you did, you either know what I'm talking about or are being intentionally obtuse. Since I can't picture a race thread without you baiting all over the place, I can only assume it's the latter.

IOW, nobody called Colin Powell a racist. Thanks for confirming my doubt; 'preciate'cha!

Nobody said "Powell is a racist" in those words, but the idea that he's all about race was definitely there.

Ok, glad we got that falsehood cleared up.

In the future, you should cry about race baiting; word to the wise.

Colin Powell is not a racist. But he was never a Republican.

Did the one term Marxist do something else? Didn't he show up, hold hands with and get slobbered on by Christie, get a photo taken and then move on to the next campaign stop?

Honestly both parties cry fraud or intimidation. No news here. Just partisan stuff.

I will say it. Colin Powell and Barack Hussein Obama share some characteristics. Both are liberal. Both are political. and both are black.

Therefore what?

We already accept that Powell is a traitor (to the Republican party). We have accepted that and discount what he does. No biggie. He is irrelevant now. In January Obama will share that characteristic with Powell as well.
