i've never seen such a ridiculous waste of money as the negative superpac ads that ran this year. i normally love election season, but the ads from both sides made me have to turn off the tv during news commercial breaks. they were so mind-numbingly bad that they reminded me of commercials in idiocracy. there simply has to be a better way. that money could have actually done some good in the world.

I was just looking at that. The two campaigns used about 2 Trillion dollars. 2 Trillion that produces nothing! Minor bumps in the economy, but no long lasting jobs. Horrible.
