If you are living in the socialist nation of Spain, why are you so interested in US politics? Is it a 'misery loves company' kind of thing?

Now, for the record, I like Spain and have spent a lot of time in Barcelona, but your socialist policies are ruining your country

Ahh the "you are not American" attack.. also very typical by the right on these boards. Kinda pathetic and dodges the issue and my comment as well... /clap.

And it is funny you are calling Spain a "socialist" nation, considering it is the right that is in absolute power here.... but then again it is also a typical right wing attack to use the "socialist card" against people regardless of the facts.

Are you an american living in Spain? Seems like your definition of 'right' differs from mine. "Right" means smaller less intrusive government and more individual freedom. What you have in Spain is not 'right'. its not as far left as France, but you are getting there.
 
This is funny. Not funny in a "what a great line that was " kind of funny when a comedian hits it out of the park but funny in a sick sort of way like in the gross out movies where somebody poops their pants. I clicked and of course found.... BRIETBART. As Gomer Pyle used to say with eyes as wide as saucers - "surprise surprise".

Lets talk about the inner city. I have spent several days helping out the Obama campaign in Detroit. I and another volunteer load up a vehicle with several hundred lawn signs and armed with voter sheets we go out into neighborhoods where people requested lawn signs. On some we have put up signs on more than a dozen homes in a row. As we go through a neighborhood, we are sometimes chased down by people not on the list who beg us for lawn signs. Postal carries ask for them. Cops on patrol ask for them. Delivery people from UPS and other businesses ask for them. People ask for extras for friends and other family. Giving away money would not be any easier.

In going through several square miles of working class Detroit on the west side of the city - I did NOT see one single ROMNEY sign. Not a one.

The Breitbart story is absurd on its face.
 
In Detroit? Well, that makes sense, a lot of people that support the same crap that made their city a ****hole. No doubt they simply want the rest of the nation to suck as much as their city.

It's their cultic mind that will not allow them to deviate or make an educated choice. Those dependent on govt have been indoctrinated.

Obama's stance on "Gay Marriage" will not matter to the black populace in this country. Blacks are the absolute most racist population in this country. That very fact is what made the decision for Obama on the issue of Gay Marriage so easy. It was a calculated risk he took as he knew/knows that blacks will vote black at a nearly 100% rate. Especially considering that the election is so very close. The very idea of a chance that "their" President can possibly lose will have them out in record numbers again.
 
Oh no...Im CERTAIN blacks in America are committed to and dedicated to the liberal policies that have created such a safe and prosperous life for them. Lets see..death rate...check. Poverty...check. Unemployment...check. Unwed mothers...check. Highest percentage of prisoners of any race group in America...check. Destroyed families...check.

Yes, I do think that there are many people on the left who are indoctrinated. There are many lefties who are convinced republicans are racist, only care about the rich, want to make abortion illegal, take away social security and mediare, etc. The propaganda arm of the democrat party has done a good job in the big cities. Chicago is a great example. How much more failure can inner city Blacks and others continue to accept before they finally wake up?

It is the opinion (or hope) of some that the President, by coming out for Gay Marriage, has alienated some blacks, who are nortiously anti homosexual as a culture.

You have to understand the narrative established by our corrupt media. Skin color is political.

Well, good luck with that. The culture seems to have changed markedly. I don't see a lot of blacks fleeing to a guy who's church didn't even allow black pastors until 1978.

I hope they are. Chicago is a complete mess. In Democratic control for years. The inner-city is a war zone; the schools are a mess. Who should we thank for that? Republicans? Who's to blame that kids aren't safe on their front porches? That kids are murdered by gang violence on their way to school? That we've already had more murders in the city of Chicago than in all of last year? Republicans?

And the state of Illinois. A fiscal DISASTER. Who should we blame for that? Republicans? Second-worst pension mess in the nation? Republicans? 67% state income tax hike? Republicans?

Maybe soon people in Illinois will wake up. I hope we can last that long.

Some people already consider them "racist" because they are white and not voting for Obama. I mean, what other reason would they have?!!

Obama is the race hustler, not Romney. Romney and Ryan have ideas. Obama used race for political purposes in his Presidency after promising America that his administration and he would be post racial.
