So what about Obama / Benghazi is true

This has been an interesting story that has morphed many times since it began. So I'm curious, what is the actual story? Being that you can't trust any conservative sites (that I know about) about what happened and liberal sites aren't going to highlight what Obama did wrong, what actually happened? Does anybody actually know? I've seen it spun all the way from they made a mistake in characterizing it as an out of control demonstration caused by a satirical video to the Obama administration sitting and watching Americans / Seals die without lifting a finger... pretty big delta there.

Is there any site that actually has a real description of what happened that is in depth and not full of ****? I'd really like to know because this is important to me. I've supported Obama a lot lately but I've come to feel he may have ****ed up badly here and would like to confirm what the real deal is.

I don't know of any site yet which has the definitive story. But, it sure looks like an attempt to bury the truth then stall while trying to find some way out of the mess.

And because there were four who died in this fiasco that makes this much worse than Watergate.

If the truth comes out after the election, if Obama wrre to win, we might be looking at an impeachment and a President Biden.


Funny thing, I don't think it would be any worse than the last fur years.

There will be no definitive details until after the election when congress can put people under oath and find out who knew/did what/when/why.

But, what actually happened is quite simple. There is an election going on and every decision was made so as to not create any negative image for the Obama admin - and they screwed up terribly bad in the cover-up.

Malicious intent? ----> not a chance.

Irresponsibility? -----> to the max.


The bottom line is that the red phone rang at 3am and Obama hit the snooze button.

He had a fundraiser in Las Vegas that he had to get rested up for.

I have heard this mentioned several times, granted one suggestion was from Bill O'riley, i'll state that up front, but regardless of who it was from, why not? Transparrency to the American people should be a definite at what 6 weeks after the Killings. We the People have a right to know and the families of the 4 Americans killed need closure to be able to mourn their loved ones.
 
The investigation is ongoing. There won't be a definitive answer until some of the perpetrators are in US custody. Of course Romney supporters will continue to jump to premature, and ever changing conclusions for political reasons.

This is blown way out of proportion and would never have been as big if not for election time or general GOP sabotage. Its not even in the same universe as the lies - I mean mistakes that led to a much, much greater blow to the USA, 911 and, even more destructive and costly, Iraq. There was rioting going on all over the continent and one was probably joined up by AQ who saw their chance, just as info would indicate; lastly, the US was simply probably getting conflicting information, and thus, conflicting information leaked out.
 
The purpose of a terrorist attack is to cause fear and create headlines. The victims of a terrorist attack are random. The more details that emerge about this, the more it looks like it was a hit with our Ambassador and his "crew" as the mark. If this is indeed the case then it is no wonder that the "official" story keeps changing and I don't expect that the truth of what really happened that day with all of the "whys" and "whos" will ever come out. They never allow the underbelly to be exposed.
