Obama Not Only Palled Around With Terrorists. He's Now Arming Them

This thread is stupid. Just google "bin laden and bush family" then see which is more horrible. Even better one is actually well documented.

If all of this is really true, and it could be, think about how scary this really is. :shock: It's beginning to sound like there was way more going on over there than what we thought. My guess is that they are working overtime to cover their tracks, if this in fact turns out to be true.

Honestly, I have never prayed more for an election than I have this year.

So far on this thread we've lashed out at the source multiple times and even drug out the old tried and true "Yeah but Bush Lied about WMDs!!!". My, my, my, I guess getting to the bottom of things is only important when there's a conservative to tar and feather at the end of it all.

This story has REAL teeth to it that can only be muddied and dismissed for so long and those who steadfastly seek to halt it's progression are going to get drug down by it. Just remember, the world media outside the USA is on this one, too. The Russians have been claiming for over 6 months that the US has been arming the Syrian rebels. Are they just making this stuff up?

All I read in this highly speculative story is the claim that maybe this could have happened because this guy said he heard it from that guy. You know what is of real record though? That a few days after terror attacks, the family of the man responsible was able to get a ride to Saudi Arabia while the rest of America was grounded. That our president by 2004 didn't even care if we found our true enemy. It took a new face using the resources of the CIA and navy that he is supposedly dismantling to do it. You guys get more desperate every inch towards the election. Calm down, turn your bs meters back on and climb down the mountain back into reality valley.

Kind of like how the folks from the previous admin ended up in prison for raising funds for one of the terrorist groups, the MEK, which which were cited as justification for invading Iraq. Richard Perle et al are all just rotting away in prison as we speak. Oh, wait. No one got in any trouble at all over that. Perle did have to resign his chairmanship ofGWB defense policy board when Perle tried to sell control of the military's communication systems to the Chinese military intelligence. Perle still was on GWB defense policy advisory board, he just wasn't allowed to be the chairman anymore because of his little slip up lobbying for the Chinese military intelligence service to have control over the communication lines of our military. But, gosh, anyone could make that mistake. I mean just because the FBI and the NSA objected doesn't mean that Perle knew what he was trying to do was wrong. It didn't mean that Perle wasn't still a great person to have advising the president about national security matters.

I highly doubt that anyone will get in any trouble at all even if the allegations were true.

Calling this "the largest scandal in America history" at this point would irresponsible at best. There isn't enough detail yet to make that claim and given the depth of some of the scandals that the US has got caught up in I seriously doubt it will rise to that level. What we have at this point are a boatload of contradictory statements made by the White House, the State Department, and the intelligence community that all point to a cover-up. You also have the Vice President telling a BALD FACED LIE to the entire nation during the VP debate. We also have claims of gun running to Syrian rebels which seem to be corroborated by Russian intelligence. What this really is at this point is a story that is unfolding and beginning to look worse and worse as it unfolds. I, for one, want to know what really went down over there. Do you?

Obama IS actually arming terrorists in Syria

This is not a joke. Mocking it because you don't want to face the truth is not my problem. Russian news agencies are reporting this. What do you think Ambassador Stevens was doing in Benghazi? We did the same thing in Libya. I know, shocking that Obama would do something like this, since he shown time and again he is a man with a moral compass who always tells the truth or something, but the facts are the facts.

This is going to be the scandal of scandals in American History
 
I don't feel I was mocking. My response was polite and without sarcasm.

I can not imagine any possible reason for this to be true. Like anything else, it's motive, opportunity and means. What motive can I see that explains why the President of the US is involved in a plot to arm terrorists? It defies the imagination.

Have you looked into who funded and set up Al Qaeda in the first place?

There are recent interviews with Hillary Clinton who admitted that the USA had a reason to fund Al Qaeda in the past.

Are you aware that the USA directly supports Al Qaeda terrorist operations AS WE SPEAK in various areas of the world that it wished to destablise or terrorise. Lybia, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq etc etc

So who do you trust?
 
I know the USA has often invested in very questionable actions and sponsored dictators and terrorists. But to specifically accuse the POTUS of doing so at the present time seems beyond unlikely.

I suppose that nothing is impossible if you look at our history. But the actions of the past must have seemed like a good idea at the time. What would the motive be for a President running for re-election to sponsor an attack on the US Consulate? It certainly didn't help him, the opposite really. But I'll listen with an open mind.
