A hearing in Boston on releasing Mitt Romney's sealed testimony in the divorce of Staples founder Tom Stemberg is scheduled for tomorrow morning, having been canceled today so Romney's lawyer had time to review the testimony. This follows the pattern of Obama's election to the US Senate. Romney's testimony relates to the value of Staples stock at the time of the divorce and apparently Allred is out to prove that Romney lied about its value at the time.
A nice desperate little October surprise by the gutter Obama campaign. If this doesn't work BO's likely to play wag the dog.

A Massachusetts judge will hold another hearing before deciding whether to unseal testimony that GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney gave in the divorce case of Staples founder Tom Stemberg.
Ex-wife Maureen Sullivan Stemberg appeared in court Wednesday with lawyer Gloria Allred. They said they did not object to a Boston Globe motion to lift an impoundment order on Romney's 1991 testimony in the case.
Attorneys said Romney's testimony dealt with financial matters.
