Presidential Debate 16 Oct 2012

so sad that in a presidential debate we are talking about gas prices and there are people in america that think that the president has a large influence on it.

sigh
Romney had to play it... right wing media has been brainwashing their minions about it for a year or more.

Romney is in full robot mode tonight. He's repeated himself numerous times with the same rhetoric. Like I didn't understand what he said the first time around.

The moderator is a bimbo. Her 15 minutes, I guess.

a new wind farm just went up in my town, and it's helping our local economy. i can vouch for that one.

but how many birds are dying as a result?

what I laugh at is that anyone who is undecided at this point is probably too stupid, too uninformed and too clueless to be playing such a role in this debate.

It basically boiled down to.

"Yes it is!" "No it isn't!" "Yes it is!" "Not it isn't!"

For a good 30 seconds.

LOL...loved it. The president isn't giving in or letting it slide this time. Candy is doing a good job too.

The Obama ads whining about Romney's tax rate is the epitome of playing to idiots-bitter envious losers who are idiots
At least the tax rate argument is truthful. The gas price argument is incredibly stupid.

im actually liking the moderator, she doesnt seem to like interuptions and tends to ask questions more relevant that during the vp debate.
so far on education its a tie, romney came on strong and obama had a strong rebuttal.on energy romney owned obama.

the rest is to be seen.

It's hard to argue with someone who's got free reign to lie. He's doing a lot better in this debate, the crowd probably helps.

Ah... Romney's tax bucket makes an appearance. This is on Comedy Central, right?

No it isn't, You have been schooled on the fact that on income taxes, people making 50K a year are not paying 14% income tax and its dishonest to compare earned income rates with investment rates. its even more dishonest to bundle several taxes of one person and compare that to ONE type of tax another pays

ROFLMAO... yes, the middle class needs a tax break on their capital gains :lamo

I don't have any interest accounts or dividends...this policy is not going to put money in my pocket.

well to be clear im not blaming Romney, i mean yes he did go there and its dumb on his part for sure

BUT this went on when bush was president too, the left was just as guilty of it back then

I just dont understand how they think its under immediate direct control

I debunked your clueless argument in another thread. Go re-read it.

Oh no! Bias!!!1!!1 Cry some more.

Not at all-I just think its amazing that this twit was the best they could find-if you cannot figure out the name of one of the candidates you shouldn't be on the program. Its not BIAS ITS STUPIDITY

Because they are stupid.

Are you saying that the middle class don't invest? They certainly won't have a scrap left to invest under Obama.

no you didn't-you claimed that lumping all taxes together was proper

ITS DISHONEST

ROMNEY PAYS THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE RATE ON ALL INCOME He is in the top bracket in every type of income

A few dead birds is NOTHING compared to the damaged created by oil and coal. Not even close.

I want to punch them both right now

Theyre acting like children for the most part and neither want to actually ANSWER a question.

Here's one for redress. Right now I feel like I'm watching a Heel vs Heel match, with Candy acting as the heel manager for the one. It's Tuesday and I'm expecting to watch a debate and I have something about as high end as Monday Night Raw on my TV

just.....horrible

She made one slip and that's what you're gonna focus on? Focus on Obama's lies. Focus on Romney's lies. What does she have to gain by calling him "Romley?"
