Romney Paid 1.9 Mllion Dollars in Taxes in 2011

The funny thing about the stimulus is the Republican-forced omission of "Buy American" provisions. Personally, I think that anything that the US government buys should be purchased from US companies. The US Chamber of Commerce via Republican representatives nixed enforcing this rule with the stimulus. I remember because I was very pissed when it happened.

It would be funny if the stimulus wasn't such a big waste of taxpayer dollars.

Yeah, like pissing over the achievements of Healthcare Reform, killing Osama Bin Laden, and a multitude of others. Take your own advice.
The achievement of healthcare reform??

That's right up there with marveling at the Seahawks Monday night victory over the Packers.

You’re wrong. Page 303 section 1605:

Even funnier is that you try to pass such an easily disproven accusation. Why is it 'lefties' persistently accuse the 'right' of lying when they commonly use the same tactic? Nice try...;)

Because they like being told that "my job is not to worry about those people"?

Looks to me like the Middle Class voter is a lot more informed that the Obama voter for they see the Obama results and wonder how this country will ever pay for that debt. Further when I was in the middle class I always worked hard to raise myself up into a higher class and that seems to be still the case today with most middle class voters. They don't seem to like demonization of individual wealth creation and don't like punishing another class to give to those who aren't personally responsible for their own lives.

Poverty, lower class, middle class....are "subjective"? No, they are objectively defined.

See, now youre redefining again. The claim was that a flat tax is regressive. Since the defintion of regressive is "A tax that takes a larger percentage from low-income people than from high-income people.", a flat tax is, by defintion, NOT regressive. Your argument that a flat tax negatively impacts lower incomes more than higher incomes is a different argument.
