The guy that reported it to the NavyTimes was a naval spotter, so yeah, it was his job to recognize enemy ships vs friendlies... He must be really good at his job.

Well, I would hope he got it right. I would hope given the picture had 5 ships in it, and the guy was a naval spotter, he would get it 100% of the time.
