Obama: "Three Proud Words 1. Made 2. In. 3. The. 4. USA"

He's human. No politician is perfect, so...

"They will talk about anything but the economy"

The people on here defending Obama for his misspoken words, were 4 years ago bashing Bush for his. Bush and Obama are both terrible when no teleprompter is around. Bush said : fool me once, shame on - shame on you. Fool me - you can't get fooled again. Obama said: I've now been in 57 states -- I think one left to go. Both are equally dumb statements. It is normal for people to bash the opposition for dumb mistakes.

1. Bush did that kind of stuff practically every time he spoke. Obama has wracked up maybe a handful in the past 4 years.

2. While, for myself, I may have occasionally ribbed Bush for his frequent misspeaks, if I accused him of being a bad president, it was for what he did, not him stumbling over his words. Being error prone in speaking is not in and of itself an indication of stupidity or incompetence, and if I wanted to accuse Bush of incompetence, I certainly had better ammo than that.

OMG...

The point is Carter was running for President.. GWB was finished with 8 years and a very difficult 8 years post 9/11.. GWB could have worked to be more apaproved.. but he didnt care.. he was working on difficult stuff..

Carter was running as President and was despised , no spin could help him... cough.. you watching Obama?

Step 1 - lie to support your party

Step 2

a. in the event no one caught the lie, lie some more

b. else, twist the original theory to fit the view and pretend the original lie never happened

Step 3 - If all else fails attack the the guy that caught you on the lie with poisoning the well tactics like "OMG", implying they are stupid. Then use subjective emotional rhetoric and throw around empty words like "stuff"; finish with some clever line against candidates of the opposite party.

Step 4 - Imagine a new lie and go back to step one.

You know when I stopped making fun of people for saying something they didn't mean?

...I can't remember it's been a while.

1.Made 2.In 3.USA

Obama: "Three Proud Words 1. Made 2. In. 3. The. 4. USA".

Obama should drill these "THREE PROUD WORDS: "Made in USA" into his surrogate's thick despicable skull: Jeffrey R. Immelt, CEO of GE, who, immediately after being appointed as Obama's "JOBS CZAR", consummated his BOEING DEAL...... shipping overseas HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of American Jobs to the Chinese.

If that wasn't contemptible enough, this despicable POS, Obama's darling, Immelt, sold our Nation's military Secrets as part of the deal !

Yet, the Monumental, Mendacious, Racist, Commie/Socialist Fraud Obama, and his surrogates keep yapping incessantly about Romney's transgressions in this area.

This is the typical, and continuous tactic of the Political Charlatan Obama, and his despicable surrogates: they take the valid criticism of THEIR abominable behaviour and project them on their opponent.

But don't you see!!! They are obviously mentally deficient because they dared to misspeak on camera!!

Disclaimer, this rule does not apply to republicans.

Is that your same feeling about Bush misspeaking on camera?

I love those that get so hung up on form they fail to see substance....
and liberals would never call a sitting president's intelligence into question for misspeaking... if the substance is hypocrisy, I'll call it what it is...

follow the math here...

If, Bush is the stupidest person on earth and isn't qualified to be president because he cant pronounce nuclear correctly...

then, Obama and Biden making mistakes on simple mathmatical computation is a clear indicator of why their budgetary handling and job numbers suck...

So if you think it was stupid to criticize Bush for his mispeaks isn't it stupid for the right to do the same thing to Obama?

Seems you are justifying the right doing it by the ole "Well, they did it to Bush".

Misspeaks happen. I happen to find them funny no matter who says them. I still laugh at the 57 states one.

Sarah Palin didn't jumble her speeches. She provided entire narratives of reality that were either demonstrably false, or insanely uninformed for someone running for VP.

There is a gaping chasm of difference between those two things.

No, actually she didn't, nothing outside of the typical political parlance. Those are just lies progs tell themselves to hide from the reality the dems are the party of misogynists and racist bigots. Whatever makes them sleep well at night, I guess.

Here is the relevance by example (near the end):

The relevancy is that Obama can usually give a good canned speech written by his speech masters (and I believe also his bosses). But neither are good off-the-cuff, are dunderheads on "think-fast," and trip all over slogans and platitudes they try to cleverly create. They just don't have what it takes upstairs.
