Ryan has an interesting labor day!

Romney was never pro choice. He was in a pro choice state where that was the law. In order to do his job he enforced that portion of the law even though he personally disagreed with it and campaigned for a stronger anti abortion plank. In this regard he is a better civil servant than Obama who is not only refusing to enforce things he disagrees with he is removing them by executive order without legislative direction.

Obama's policies are destroying peoples' livelihoods. Go talk to some coal miners and power plant operators...for a good beginning. His energy policy has enriched his donors. Its not about clean energy; its about creating another revenue stream for re-election. Give money to the government and get a big honking loan and pay out stupid salaries. Obama is a crony corporatist, his problem is the things he are supporting are ruinous to the rest of the economy and unsustainable even WITH government support. Maybe he ought to stop backing loser companies that screw up the economy for everyone else.

Minimal government support of R&D? Im down. Enormous loans and subsidies and entire new branches of tax code to make your products marketable? GTFO.

As far as your second paragraph goes its extremely shrill sounds like GOP talking points to me, we have to come into the 21st century with our energy policy and the President has a good sound plan to do just that and create thousands of jobs , your cronyism charge is ridiculous you are following the tea haters talking points . This President is trying to make our country stronger and better even through 4 years of ridiculous misinformation and lies about him. GOP and tea baggers never gve him a chance why do you feel so hateful to him ?

Its been quite a while since we had a President as unwilling to talk about his record and as willing to smear his opponent as this one.

Romney has been just as bad but his general tact has been to attack policy. Obama and his campaign surrogates (PACs) are making this very personal indeed in regards to Romney.

I don't think he has to talk about it. His accomplishments speak for themselves.

great post, here is the best part

"Man #1: So what should I have to work for to get a job? Should I have to work for the same wages as in China? Should I have to work for one dollar an hour?

Ryan: Have a nice day, all right?

Man #1: Is that the competitiveness that’s needed?

Ryan: Have a nice day, all right?

Ryan’s wife (smiling broadly): Have a nice day.

Ryan: Would you like some candy?"

See, there is no talking to them. We have nothing to discuss. It is time to eliminate all of them

If someone came up to me and started asking me stupid **** like that...I'd offer him candy, too.

I mean..."So what should I have to work for to get a job?"...dude, you work for whatever you are qualified to earn. If you can't earn more than a dollar an hour, you are an idiot and not worth my time. You get no free ride from me.

You use the phrase tea baggers and tea haters then imply Im hateful to the man personally? Project much?

Oour current energy policy is to tax and block fossil fuel energy production as much as possible and subsidize green projects with the taxes. Only its not working. Its probably the largest drag on the economy right now. Energy costs affect every single sector of the economy.

My cronyism charge is rediculous. Really. Get off your butt, intellectually speaking, and go poke around at the green companies that have gone under or are struggling along and see who they were donating to before they got their loan agreements from the government. Quid pro quo.

The part where he explains how he will govern not what he believes?
Maybe you need to listen to your own source again.
He understood those were the laws and he was expected to uphold them, whether he agreed with them or not.

Oil and gas production are at record levels after years of decline. We export 400,000 barrells of refine gasoline every day and prices still go up. There is no cost savings from increasing production just more money for the oil companies and more cancer causing pollution in our air.

All new technologies have teething problems. Bush gave Solydra loans before Obama did. Your answer is to abandon alternative energy for the short term profits of a few corporations leaving the USA behind again as we are already in so many industries.
Think of the children for once instead of you portfolio.

Bolded: categorically false. Bush never approved loans to Solyndra. They were turned down by the energy dept under Bush.

2nd bolded: Dont get personal jerk. I dont have anything in energy stocks. Stick to the topics.

Yeah whatever, he certainly sounds like he's pro-choice to me. Try to watch that video and extract anything but Romney being pro-choice.. you can't do it...

It's so sad that these people have to continuously remind Ryan that, as a congressman, he works for the people, not his corporate backers. ;)

Plouffe said that the loan guarantee program that awarded half a billion dollars in guarantees to Solyndra "was supported by President Bush." The program was created on Bush's watch by a law he signed and promoted. The program grew under the Obama administration, which ultimately awarded Solyndra's loan guarantee under a new section of the law created by the stimulus. The Bush administration, though, promoted the loan guarantee program, and Bush himself touted it on his way out of office. There's also evidence his administration specifically prioritized Solyndra's project. We find Plouffe's statement Mostly True.
PolitiFact | Did the program that funded the Solyndra loan start under George W. Bush? David Plouffe says so

You really are a Republican. When you fail at something you don't admit it, you double down on it. It must be a disease.

No stocks huh, any children?

Ultimately, the Bush administration program didn't finalize a single loan guarantee

I said no energy stocks. Did I say NO stocks. How about you stick with the topics, for S&Gs.
