I'm afraid I missed the speech and will have to YouTube it later. It sounds like she put on a pretty solid performance when this seems to be the biggest negative. I personally don't like the First Lady much, but that's just personal taste. She is a good speaker most times. I'm interested in Clinton and Biden and of course the final speech from the current president.

She was an excellent speaker. Did a great job, I thought. That one line, though, just hit me like a ton of bricks, as they say.
 
I really doubt that she is sincere.

A lot of wealthy people give money to chariety to save in paying taxes. It is a tax write off. I don't, for a minute, believe ROmney gave to charities because he cared. However, I do appreciate that Anne Romney gave to Planned Parenthood. The money helped lot of women get abortions.

Bush added, what, like 5.7 trillion to our debt in his 8 years. Obama isn't far behind that mark, in less than 4.

Now respond with the typical 'but it was Bush's fault' nonsense.

Oh how very annoying this talking point is. Bush did some insane spending, especially with his last budget. He went crazy. Then Obama kept spending at that same insane rate and people act like he didn't spend all that much cuz Bush's last budget was so high.

The spending was outrageous under Bush and just stayed crazy under Obama.

She was awesome. People in the audience where crying. It was a very personal and hopeful speech.

I wouldn't say he started the company from squat. He was rather wealthy before he started the company. He didn't have to eat ramen every night while in college. He and Anne struggled by cashing in Mitt's stocks to make ends meet. Poor things.

Let us see, as governor of MA he lowered educational standards, brought job growth to one of the lowest in the nation, brought them that mandate you Romneybots love so much at 3 times the cost, and made things a lot worse there when he started. At Bain capital he outsourced american jobs overseas to save himself a buck or two, cut medical coverage, destroyed businesses he says he creats, and made a lot of money for a couple of people.

In other words, like always you don't know jack about Romney, and you just have a knee jerk republicon reaction to Obama because of his brown skin. Is it true, or did you hear it on fox news?
