What a load of moronic crap. The truth is that it seems Valerie Jarrett quite possibly talked Obama out of approving the raid a few times, what is here experience on the issue? Of course the white house denies it, but the white house has a history of denying just about everything, no matter who the president is.

Bush didn't try a damn thing. The military was primarily the ones that went after him, tracked him down. They had the plan and just needed a 'yes'. You can throw forth your partisan hackery all you want, but any president would have given that 'yes'.

And back to the topic of the thread, how exactly has the killing of OBL made your life better? Please feel free to go into detail on that. Because long before he was killed, he was pretty much irrelevant in the grand scheme of 'terrorism', there were others that were more active, and directly more dangerous.

Wanting to voucherize medicare, which covers the highest cost individuals (elderly, disabled, etc).

More free trade agreements, to further hinder the US manufacturing base by allowing foreign goods made by low-paid labor into the US. (This also further enables US companies to offshore labor out of the US).

He wants to "take on" teachers unions, because Teachers (average pay of less than $50k) are the real problem with this country.
He wants to voucherize public schools. Which essentially just saves money for those who send their children to private school, and draws money out of public schools.

And so on....

I know his policies, and I disagree with most of them.

Because those that seek to gain power want to take things in a different direction than those in the past, in the party, did? Whereas I hear the DNC will be full of previous party people, keeping the failed past alive.

"Saving GM" means giving GM money to build factories in China to ship automaking jobs there, hoping this would assist funding the pensions of retired autoworkers. So the Democratic slogan of "saved GM' meant "successfully sent GM jobs to China at taxpayer expense and loans from China we pay interest on." Borrowing money from China to move GM factories to China doesn't sound like success to me.

It means Obama has made exporting American jobs his only successful jobs program - leaving out that its not American jobs. Has anyone else noticed that when Obama boasts of "creating new jobs" he never clarifies those were jobs in the USA?

almost 16,000,000,000,000 debt and growing.
U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time

Dems don't like anything the Repubs do.
Repubs don't like anything the Dems do.
Hence, gridlock.

Obama had two years with the Dems in control of the house and senate and nothing was really done.
The military took out OBL. It doesn't matter who was President.

The choice I see is do we want more Govt in our lives or less?

My insurance was costing me $850 a month through American Family. It had a $5,200 deductible. I am delighted with the AHA. My insurance costs will go down. Yours, on the other hand, will go up to pay for me. That's how AHA works.

Just goes to show that is all the Obama Administration has. Wonder if the people claiming GM is alive understands that the taxpayers are still in debt by over 25 billion dollars. Of course that doesn't matter to many who don't pay FIT to fund the debt service on that debt
