Barack's appeal

I think we have a lot in common but like you pointed out have differences regarding taxation...

What I should have done a better job communicating regarding VPs is that I had the general attitude like your son when I was in the same position in middle management and then upper management and then I became a douche bag VP and then just a douche bag P....point being that it always looks greener on the other side or however the saying goes etc. When I was on the freight docks I had the same attitude towards middle management. Long story short, looking back, ignorance was bliss and the sleep of a laborer is sweet like it says somewhere in the bible. Heirarchy is a reality in business and the level below is always bitching about the higher level IMO.

You are right for the most part about Romney as a politician. No comparison to polished up Obama but Romney will not be afraid to give orders unlike this mouse around the issue popularity contest trying to please everybody administration. The people Odrama has surrounded himself with are a joke and he is not able to effectively control them. Who is working for who in this joke admin. At least it won't be this way under Romney IMO because of his experience.

I agree that us in the middle may continue to get the shaft if the size of the Fed continues to grow. We need to kill the Fed cut it down to size and get back our country. Romney will do a better job in this mess by moving the country a little more to the right versus the extreme left that it is going under Obama. Can Romney keep the evangelicals and extreme right under control? I think so, he has the track record of making things happen.

I think Obama has done a very good job and has very good advisors. To claim he is too far left is a joke. Our government isn't too far left either. Romney's people are jumping ship now. He can't even run a campaign properly.
Who are you trying to take this country back from? How far right do you want this country to be? The GOP talk a big game about cutting the size of government, but their actions fail to show they want a smaller government. They have proposed laws that would create a government more involved in our personal lives. That isn't what a smaller government does.

Obama is far left based on US standards. That you have adopted a far left mantle and then claims Obama is not left wing enough is understandable but means little.

Obama is centerist at best. The far right claims anyone left of far right is too far left.
If Obama was far left, he would have worked to pass a universal health care system rather than an individual mandate system. It was the conservatives that came up with the individual mandate. Also, if Obama was far left, he would have ended the war in Afganistan by now and not sent more troops out. He would have also propsed some sort of gun control, which he hasn't even attempted to do.
There is much more real evidence suggesting Obama is centerist and no where near the far left. Your opinoin does not count for evidence.

Everyone should watch the video "Media Malpractice" to get a reminder of how the media got the "tingle up their leg" back in 2008. When you see how stories of controversy were ignored, and the Obama worship got going, it's easy to see how this unvetted, empty suit got elected. Even Mr Tingle-up-the-leg asked Democratic representatives to name any significant accomplishment by Obama, they were totally speechless. I mean TOTALLY speechless. These were fellow Democratic senators. The liberals were fools for voting for this idiot, when they had Hillary (who wasn't much better, but at least has a larger set of balls). The Messiah worship was definitely there, IN A HUGE WAY, and the Democrats fabricated all of it on their own. I fault one conservative media person for overlooking some important things, and that's Matt Drudge; and it's pointed out clearly in the video. You can see it on Netflix.

Media Malpractice How Obama Got Elected and Palin Was Targeted

American, I have a general question:

If the media is always rooting for the left, why did Kerry Lose? Why did Gore?

Are they only effective in certain elections? Are they like Pokemon, and only are good against a certain type of opponent?

Why is it I only hear that the media is helping During '08 and '12?

All info would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,

The media bias thing isn't nearly as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Everyone criticizes NPR, but as an everyday listener I have to say they are the least biased of all talk radio I have ever heard, heck the traffic report on the station rush comes on is more biased than NPR's political coverage.

People are going to have opinions, no one is 100% objective. Obama was exciting in 2008 get over it. Kerry sure as heck wasn't exciting in 2004.

The whole media bias business is the ultimate brainwashing tool of the far right. Incredibly, they have convinced a lot of easily led dolts that the slanted propoganda of the right wing talking heads is the only unbiased view out there. It's truly bizarre.

You mean smaller government in National Healthcare right? Last time I checked it was the dems that grew government with this moronic bill. Defense spending will increase substantially under Romney of course. I don't want this country to go far right or far left but to say Obama is a centrist is an asinine position. He's a leftist to the core and will do and say whatever everyone wants to hear to appear in the middle.
