After the last 4 years I am really puzzled why anyone would vote for Obama for another term.........He promised change and things changed for the worse.....He lied to us over and over again..Even in this election year he can't talk about the economy because because it is the worse in 70 years. Unemployment is running rampart.......We haven't had a budget in 3 years which is actually against the law........The debt is aproaching 16 trillion. He robbed Medicare of over 700 billion to pay for ACA and Medicare was in trouble before that. I could go on and on.

He fooled the American people into voting for him in 2008 by pretending to be a moderate but governed as as the bigges Liberal president in history. His background is full of shady characters (Ayers, Wright)

I know a lot of you lefties are loyal to him and would vote for him under any circumstances but I am talking to Moderates and Independents.

Why would you vote for him again?

The Medicare Trustees Report released today shows that the Hospital Insurance (HI) Trust Fund is expected to remain solvent until 2024, the same as last year’s estimate, but action is needed to secure its long-term future. In 2011, the HI Trust Fund expenditures were lower than expected.



Without the Affordable Care Act, the HI Trust Fund would expire 8 years earlier, in 2016. The law provides important tools to control costs over the long run such as changing the way Medicare pays providers to reward efficient, quality care. These efforts to reform the healthcare delivery system are not factored into the Trustees projections as many of the initiatives are just launching.

Where did he get the money for Obamacare?

He got it by stealing 712 billion from Medicare..........

your going to add 30 million people to the program and doctors are bailing out as fast as they can...........Who is going to treat all these new people??????????????

He didn't steal anything, he took what was determined to waste, fraud and abuse and used the money to enhance Medicare by lowering drug prices and screenings. This was done in ACA, but involved only Medicare.

I voted for him to be a liberal president, and he turned out to be a moderate.

when and in what agency has the government actually found and eliminated waste, fraud, and abuse? Yes, ACA lowered drug prices for some people, and pays the shortfall with higher taxes from everyone, including the people paying the lower drug prices. Its a shell game and you are buying it.

I am buying into freedom, the freedom to succeed and the freedom to fail, freedom of speech, the freedoms enumerated in the constitution. liberalism wants to take those freedoms away and I will resist it with every fiber of my being.

Darwin was into evolution. I am talking about liberalism and how it has failed every time it has been tried. If you want to talk about Darwin thats a new topic and not related to politics.

but if you are using darwin to draw a comparison to personal achievement and success---the strong and smart survive and the stupid and weak fall by the wayside. To pretend that life is something more or less than that is kind of silly

You lefties bury your head in the sand and ignore the problem..........Hell Obama submits a budget and the senate votes it down 99-0...what is wrong with this picture....... Do you know that there has been no bbudget in 3 years? Do you know what is against the law? He did not even have a budget when he controlled both houses of congress........How do you explain that? The HOR has submitted 3 budgets and "Dingy" Harry Reid has tabled all 3 and won't bring them to the floor for a vote.............In addition there are 100 bills on his desk that he has tabled...........I know your far left but don't you have any problems with these violations of the law?

Lets start with your comment he took what he determined to be waste, fraud and abuse. Now we all know he did not stop any waste, fraud, or abuse. Unless of course you can prove it, I would like to know how much he saved in waste, fraud, and abuse. I would like to know who was convicted of fraud, and how much did Obama get returned. I would like to know what and where he cut xxx billion in waste? Now we come to abuse, how much did he save by eliminating abuse, please list the abuses and the amount of money was saved for each abuse. I know you have no evidence to back up anything you said, thus this is all a lie.

In reality the same waste, fraud, and abuse is still the same as before.

Obama stole 716 billion from Medicare to pay for Obmacare, thus the money he took he is not going to use to pay hospitals and doctors. He is reducing their reimbursement for medical services provided to Medicare patients. In doing so will reduce service providers, and reduce the medical care as these service providers cannot afford to provide anything but the bare minimum in care. And many hospitals will go broke, and doctors will refuse to take medicare patients, leaving less doctors to care for Medicare patients, who can only provide inferior care to make ends meet. Obama's solution is to just cut the pay to hospitals and doctors and he thinks they will all accept his terms. Not hardly. Obama has pushed grandma off the cliff like never seen before.

He didn't steal from Medicare, in fact he added 8 years the HI fund without those changes the fund would have gone broke in 2016, now it's good until 2024.

Are you kidding me, you think for a second that taking 716 Billion out of Medicare will extend Medicare. How is that? Taking money away shortens the life not extend it. Let me explain, Obama is stealing from Medicare to fund Obamacare by reducing payments to hospitals and doctors, this is a fact. By reducing payments does extend the life but at the same time reduces medical care. If you pay hospitals and doctors less than the already reduced rate their will be less hospitals and doctors providing care for Medicare patients. This is another fact. Hospitals and doctors can barely survive on the payments they are getting now and Obama is reducing their payment by another 716 billion more. And you say there is no effect to hospitals or doctors. Who are you kidding.

I have repeated, with less hospitals and doctors providing care to Medicare patients, this will result in long wait times, and below minimum care. You get what you pay for, and in this case when Obama pays them miniscule amounts of money for care they in turn only provide below minimum care, or not take on a Medicare patient. it prolongs medicare by rationing care and cutting doctors pay. The reduced pay to doctors has caused the number of doctors who accept medicare to drop. Sorry grandma, but you can't see that doctor anymore. President obama wants to pay him minimum wage.
