It has EVERYTHING to do with credibility. Remember when the Dims got their underware tied in knots about George 1 saying "read my lips" and how George 2 ... Bush lied, people died? Okay, so you don't care if he was a member of the New Party -- your objection is to the fact that Obama's campaign denied it in 2008?

Obama could be a member of the Corrupt Aliens to Supplant All Earthlings party...and lord knows I dont have much of an appreciation for the guy (except the anti-terrorist efforts where he is following the Bush plan)...but if you want to look at who is screwing up the country...rather than look at the guy that executes legislation, you might first want to look at both parties and bodies where said legislation is created (or not).

Not exactly. I'm sure what happened is that Obama was sucking up to the New Party to get some votes, but he ran as a Democrat and has always been a Democrat.

Having just completed an online search of the Wisconsin Historical Society Archives, using the terms "Illinois ACORN" and person's name - Obama - makes me question the original article's claim.

Before I believe anything from Mr Kurtz, a well-known conspiracy freak whenever it concerns Democratic matters - I would have to see an image of the New Party meetings.


and Travis007 I am not saying the "GOP made this up" but I am saying that one man could well have created a falsehood and until the image of the meeting minutes is posted ... that is my belief.

at this point if Obama was related to Hitler, had tea with Stalin, and was seen golfing with Mao...the Libs here would tell me they are worried about Romneys tax returns that the IRS are obviously not worried about..

It matters to people who look at a persons core values. Kind of the same thing as Obama's college transcripts or Romney's tax returns but a little more revealing. I could overlook something like bending the rules to get a grant or exploiting some obscure loophole to save some money on taxes. The President embracing Marxism is much more troubling and something worth taking into consideration before casting a ballot, IMO. If he did embrace it at one time, at the very least, I would want to know how and why he had a change of heart.... and what if he hasn't had a change of heart?:shock:

It matters because it's just one more glimpse into "who" Obama is. What I've been trying to get you to focus on for several days now.

It is a strong support for the claim that he's a Marxist. If you don't know the significance, or why it matters, it's because you have once again failed to understand "who" the "new party" was, how it was comprised, who funded it, who ran it, and who were it's members.
